Project:
Mount Washington Remodel. The entire roof was removed to the beams and redone with true 6 in. tongue and groove boards topped by a insulated built-up roofing system. Windows were updated with Low-e inuslated windows. The updates also included a central audio system, hard-wired alarm system, bamboo floors, new kitchen and bathrooms, paver driveway and retaining walls with wood deck and a sunken hot tub.
