This project involved stripping down the structure to almost a basic shell and then designing and building a product that worked for the client. It was a complete remodel which included two large additions, an enclosed breezeway, a recongfiguration of a guest house to a master suite, retaining walls and foundation stabilization, mechanical and electrical systems upgrade, three bathrooms, a kitchen, roof and flooring.
